JAF Setup 1.98.52 ready...

- added latest ini for BB5 tp unlock
- improved BB5 TP unlock. Added reset counters TP option.
- other small reported bugs fixed

right now only you can reset rm 145 version 5.43 but in next release we will add more phones and versions too
