V-Spec and Xpansion Chip - GSM-Forum

I try to unlock one 6288 with Xspansion chip, but when send the code the software return me one message of error.
Who have unlock successfully the Xpansion Chip?

Try With Firmware Version 6.43

In this moment i have problem to my connection, tomorrow i try to uprade to 6.43 and unlock...
Do you have tried unlock with xpansion chip?

version 5.92 and 5.94 not working for me it always gives "error unlocking" but after update to firmware version 6.43 V-SPEC unlocks at the first try, so as always javajohn is right, just update your´s phone to firmware version 6.43

I have upgrade to 6.43 and v-spec have unlocked al first try... Thanks a lot... This is a great box....

I has tested on v6.43 it's works for me all the while if i got error on others version for this model . I'll upgraded to v6.43 . Thanks V-spec team
