5300 unlocking problem

Hi

I have a 5300 with s/w 5.00. try to unlock. See below log. However, it comes up error unlocking. I found the "Key Code count: 3 " , is that means the phone is locked up because customer tried too many times key in the code ? Any solution ?

tks

More surprise to come stay tunned

J.A.F Team
Hi

I went to the support site but can't find

MCU Firmware version
RM-146_DP20_2.00__sw-05.02.exe

If that's RM-146_DP20_2.00, the sw is 03.92, also, there is no 05.02 version only 05.00 or 05.50 ava. Also, according to your update, 05.00 is one of the supported version, so we don't have to flash the firmware, right ?

About that key count is "3", I did some search yesterday over the forum. few people report the similar situation that error unlocking is coming up when processing TP unlocking because of this key count is "3" and has to do sth about the RPL, can you clarify ?

thank you again for yr help.

SS

Pls advise which one to go ? Thank you.
