HELP I can't read info on any phone model with the JAF ...what is up with it.

am trying to unlock a Nokia 6101 Tmobile. I can't even read the INFO after hooking the adaptor to the battery section of the phone. What am I doing wrong. I also try reading the info from nokia 1100, it also "fail abor" after it state phone turning on. Is there a trick im missing. I use the latest release ***.57 exe. Also have install the ***.52 a head time already. The software open up, the P-key is fine. PLEASE help.

Trying to unlock a nokia 6101 also try on nokia 1100. Please someone help your own customer.
