Could anyone help me in this please

I installed the software for the jaf box.....
now it comes with pkey tab only.....

other tabs are not available.....I reinstalled it three times but the same problemmmmmm............

dont know what to do with this.....

My BB5 king and BB5+ are working but the main software is not working so its not the box.......

try uninstall and install again jaf box drivers..

its your jaf box driver fault

Well brothers ..........
I tried first to uninstall it and then install it again......same problem
and "update firmware" is inactive..............while tried "update pkey"............comes up with
Starting Card UPDATE...
....
12:19:37.890 Error: JAF dongle init failed

dont know what to do now brs..........if some one know plz do tell me.......thanks
