N73 phone start up - GSM-Forum

I have a n73 with imei 123456 i u use rpl service i full erease and flsh it i use sx4 pm service and change too many pm but phone is phone start up failed??
i think calculate rpl for this ask have mistake..
if no plz help me

only new rpl ganrate ur set 100% ok
