After update v2.48 Spiderman Box not find any pinout - GSM-Forum

Hi
I have update spiderman v2.48 box connect properly but box not find any phone pinout. I have also tryed to v2.45, v2.46, v2.462, v2.47, v2.48.

How can I solve this problem?

go to my computer propaty device maneger and check box driver missing or ok

if missing update box driver ?

i face same problem i slove this way

try remove and install driver again, good luck.

click"online_update_box" in 2.48 version software.
uninstall box driver and software after setup again

sir i have same problem in spiderman box and after update spiderman 2.50 softwear and box firmwork 2.40 and then box not finding the phone pinout so whot can i doo plz replay i am wating you ans and i am try all kind of driver and chenge the softwear but problem is same

But sir i am already try but poblem is same and update and say your box is already updated i am using spiderman softwear v. is 2.51 and box firmware is 2.40 and i am all try like usb driver or change box power cable or phone cable and also change another box and his find but this box is not find any phone pinout so what can i do

try to update your box firmware to v2.40...your box firmware version is2.32....
