usb not recognize after find pinout i dont now why Always do that

mr. try to use short usb power cable or the usb cable which came with spiderman box with 2 power shocket

this is driver problem. when found new hardware .you need setup the driver.
open computer device manager. go com port ,setup "SCI USB2Serial" driver. the driver in c:\SpiderMan\Driver

also use new 2.48 version .after use"online_update_box" for update box firmware

I can not find SCI USB2Serial in device manager
But I hear the voice of usb

you have confled of usb devise. you will be manager then display device then displays hidden devices and you suprime all usb and com

choose usb cable for computer another usb port. use original usb cable two usb port for connect computer

usb not recognize

yesterdat i bought a spiderman box whenever i m trying to connect it with pc it every time says usb not recognize or malfunctioning device so where is the problem i dont hav its original cable

actually some of my friend bring it for me from china and he left cable there

plz tell me how i can solve this issue

change your usb cable(usb cable not too long) or check another computer .if same problem. you can contact your reseller check for what problem
