this maybe you setting the pinouts not same you phone pinouts.
check another pinouts.

usb+ or usb- and rx tx is same or same work but diffrent nature

can we connect usb+ and usb- to phone rx tx

any other other idea for direct cable making

Thanks for mannual pin out i have not usb pin finder but i connect using this way my phone is connected successfully to box but it is only show synchronising with target now....
not going to next step
is any one tell me what is the solution of this problem or any one can upload any video of mannual pin out who doesn't have usb pin finder
or is any jumper for this solution
