When i flash phone with flash NAND i see this error. Please help me. thank

I changed any baudrate. But i don't flash, read or format.

ouh. I changed baudrate 921600. 460800. 230400. 115200. But i don't flash or read or format phone with flash chip Nand. Please help me

r usure it has nand flash.try to change nor mode and try again.if there is nand file use lower version of spiderman like 2.20 and try.
