i have like this error but i open the phone
find broken pins in connector
after change it every thing is ok

plz first does u make pinout search if yes does it find ur phone
with pinouts rx-tx-gnd
can u plz take screen shot for ur problem to see what happen with u

if you can found your phone picouts. 90% is your phone hardware have problem.
