HOW TO create new cable Rj45 for L8a

I want to make own new RJ45 for L8a cable .I have 1 head of L8a connecting to phone ,I want make the other head connect to spiderman box by Rj45 .please help me to do it !or explain every wire color of L8a cable It has 8 colors ,Thank in advance !

universel cable comes with 9 wire? what are the funtion each wire?
which colour is rx tx gnd, how many wire are needed to be solder?

I 've just known 4 color green for RX ,blue for Tx ,black for ground ,red for VCC .I don't know ORANGE.YELLOW.BROWN,AND PURPLE.WHO KNOW EXPLAIN IT FOR US THANK!
