i am new user so i have very problem to find pinout in my box when i friest use the box i get very easy pinout but some problems are there so plese help

just connect the box then connect the corresponding cables to the cellphone then click SEARCH PHONE... the box will automatically find the pin outs for you... if no cable is available then just solder any of the wire in the universal cable just anywhere in the phones pinouts and it will search automatically for you

i bought a new spiderman box. but after 3 days of trying i can't connect any of china mobiles.please help me..with step by step usermanual........shall i open phone to see what kind of ic in it? or spiderman will detect it automatically???
please help........
