Red face My spiderman box after update Usb device not recognized
Today i am facing problem when i connect box to my pc.

messege shown Usb device not recognized .

before this matter i was use this box working well . problem creating when i press online update box from soft.

after that box not connect to pc and shown above message. when i see device manager not show Spider usb box 2007 . it's show unknown device.

How can I solve this problem?I am waiting ur helps @jack-china

Reinstall Drivers,Change Cable,Change USb Port,Change Computer.if this problem came After online Update box not solution Just need to return factory.

Hello,
Why don't Spiderman team removes that option from UI or it gives some warning message so as no more box becomes dead.
Just a suggestion as a user.
