not good flash file support please vote - GSM-Forum

spiderman is a good box but the flash files and user"s problem support is just very low any time i ask any question with spiderman team there is no comlete answer . any time i need some file there is not on support area i think all the persons are sleeping , for example lv918 still no sol. sigmatel s3+ no flash file
if you feels so then vote and open the eyes of team

its normaly to miss some files on the support area espacialy with the chinese phone.
try to accept it as an answer and as soon as we get it it will be uploaded

there isone solution to this problem. we can increase the flash files on the support oby the one thing... as many models pof chinies u get in ur hand.. perosonally read the flash files and send to the team... in this way we vl get a huge support of the flash files.. there a thousends and more of the chnies fone and so on the flash files.. its very difficult for the team to get all the flash files.. but we ll can do that together.. lets read the flash files an send them to the team.. so they can unload them...

And Still Uploading ...

If You Have More Send It To Us And After Minuets U Will Find It In Our Download Area...

@All We Didn't Hied Flash Files From Our Users...

We have explained many times already but can explain again

There is an easy answer: all flash files and pinouts that we have we already uploaded in support area !
We upload new flash files in support area 1-2 days after we have received from somebody, we try to make it so fast as possible and we have absolutely no reason to send any files via e-mail or any other way to somebody because everybody can download all files from support area easily.

If you want to get files that don't exist in support area:
you can ask other forum members to upload new files somewhere
you can ask this kind of questions in public Spider-Man Box support forum:
In this case if somebody has files that not exist in support area he can send these files to you or to support persons via e-mail [email protected] also we can upload required files in Spider-man Box support area for public use.

hello sir.. i hav sm working flash files in myhdd.. so sir if u do havftp server and if u allow me then can u aloow me uploading through ftp?? sending flash files via email is lenghty...as u say

Also give users of SpiderMan an easy uploading to the support without connect to box. and if necessary manage the uploading with managing the filename eg:
N77 MTK_ROMINFO_v04 ZL39_YT_GMB9A_24_CN.ZL39_YT24_4L_V1_03.BIN
not only N77 Bluetooth.

I found difficulties when searching the correct firmware, we have to download all firmware e.g N77 and try it one by one to MTK Resource Edit to match the filename to the dead phone.

am i right SilverGsm?

also please make ur search engine smart so it be easy for us to find a file among a huge number of files ..because many times i tried to find a file ur searche said not in data base ...plz make it eazy.....
