On updating ver 2.60, spiderman shows usb not recognize, pl help
 

on updating spiderman ver 2.60 software, my box has become non-functional and is malfunctioning still. please help me. i think this is software bug. the spiderman team is requested to kindly help me in solving this software bug urgently. my email is [email protected]

if this happened some times and some time it is work then i think that usb port in your box is not clean ...remove usb cable from the box side... clean the port with brush and any board cleaning lequid..
tested by me and it works;)...
