What if the support year expires and you release an update later and we haven't been able to take advantage of all this time and money? If you launch a new update, why don't you compensate a little for all this delay and give us more support time to be able to use the credits that we already have acquired? |

Member: 2028047 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | It is correct, if you were slow to update, you should at least rellback the lost years, an extension of the expiration years would be fair, the 2-year activation is 45 Euros, then you paralyze everything again and launch a version beta to force us to subscribe 2 more years. Don't you think that with 45 euros we can look for new, more constant alternatives? And we appreciate that you do not respond ironically saying that we can decide what we want because we already paid them those 45 euros, what are we supposed to do with that now? We hope you are not offended by our opinion! |
