They have to Verify Your provided Details ( Box Sr No,Reseller Info,Security Issues etc...) All That take some time & most inportant There must be a man behind all this... As you Can See There is no activity of PS in this section since Couple of days ago... Now you can understand why your activation took some time...! Normaly Activation took 5-24 hours... So in my point of veiw this thread is useless... |

Just fill in user name and pass, then will get acces to support. If u access to support erea, that mean ur box is activated. So this thread is useless. regards. |

Activation does not take 24 hours I have been waiting nearly 48 hours and still waiting I am losing lots of money by buying this box because of great support I have lost 1000 UK pounds today because of this issue. Activation is not the whole issue as you need activation to get the updater to work. The problem is the updater as it dont work properly so even if you have activation your box is still out of date until its updated which you say has problems so whats the alternative, I guess sell or return it and buy something else that WORKS!!! Also it seems to be that server for unlocking is down as well. So even we get it activated, it is useless for us. .:==di@bila==:., it might be possible that you didn't receive the email but I am trying every couple of hours on micro-box support to login and it does not work. | |

Member: 2008 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Yes I agree some people dont get emails to confirm activatiion and I try every couple of hours too and I have not been activated. I dont understand why you should have to have activation to update the box, as the people who distribute the box knows which serial id numbers are out there, so why not have these already activated on the server ready for updates, I suppose someone is going to say for security, so if the box is secure whats the problem, why do you need a person to authorize a box that you already had in your hands and you know the id number, so why have to do everthing twice, it seems the owners have gone too far with security and its the end user who is suffering with a box that is useless until the human in the chain pulls his finger out and authorizes the stupid thing.
