have you connected the combo cable, both, rj45 and usb part to pc and phone? You should connect your phone in usb mode, not qualcomm mode, luck

there are some phones that just need one part to be connected, in that case i would'nt say you are stupid or should i?
by usb mode i mean, phone on as it is, no typing any code, not in download mode, just phone on and both cables connected, luck
