You have selected KP100 in Micro-Box....if it's a KP130 you need to select KP130 and it's a direct unlock

Right, the title of your thread stated KP130...anyway, have you tried with an accepted sim card inserted? I had the same problem with the KS360 and everything was fine when I put an accepted sim inside the phone :)

2. Go to menu>settings>security>simlock and use code.

verify your cable also about speed use 115200 and use KE500 cable not kg800

Just tested Unlocked successfully...

1: Open LG Module and Select KP100 and the list..
2: Use LG KG800 RJ-45 Cable & connect phone to box ..
3: Press Read Codes & Power on the phone for long time..
4: Read have been readed by software just apply it with the method described in software...
