micro box shoudl beable to read the code and unlock an LG KP500.

But when i try to find it on the list do it, I cannot fined the phone?

What type of Box or 3th part activaction you have and what version of our Sw are using?

Post also from what Operator is locked.

I have a new box one of the white and red ones. Software version is 4.0.1.0.final with all packs active

Download "Imei Single 1.0.1.5" then Syncrnye with Server and select LG, insert IMEI and get Codes.

These are very OLD phones and we delete from our database when are too many obsolete models.

Please Try and post result

P.D. We have Almoust 8.000 and more models of phone of Various Brand.
