Help Unlocking samsung e250 - GSM-Forum

I have this samsung which is basically an e250 , however when i click on unlock using e250 on microbox it does give error(2),then i used e250d mode to unlock it and it gives error in msl reading and finally in e250v where by reading codes everything goes right it does also give the codes but says phone is not locked, i tried to put the net code and other but nothing works and when i put restricted sim cards it does ask for sp lock.
what is the procedure to unlock this mobile?
why is says mobile not locked when the mobile is.

ok , we will focus on this type of problem for E250 E840 and J700 we will solve that soon as possible

so it means that there is nothing wrong with my procedure?
there is something wrong with the software and box?
