these phones are on market in uganda they are locked on orange when try to read the codes they dont respond any idea .

CHECK your cable; and be sure that u get the correct pinout.

here i ll explain what to do :

Use motorola V3 cable or mini USB cable, cut it.

you will see 4 wires (Red, black, White, Green).

from RJ45 use (White, Orange, Green, Red), now connect like this :

RJ45 (Orange+Green) to USB (Black)
RJ45 (White) to USB (White)
RJ45 (Red) to USB (Green)
