I am very happy that i have just received my box, i can't hardly wait for my account to be activated to download latest soft and update it to latest firmware, i am expecting so much from this team with it's box...

You have to pm him your box details please don,t post here in open forum...

Maybe you need to check your spam folder, i tried to login to support after the response from Micro-Box.com_Support in this thread, and for my surprise account was activated, but no mail from them until i checked my spam folder (yahoo mail) and there was the mail.
