Sagem Trouble
 

I have been trying to unlock a few sagem phones with this box and i am getting nowhere!

I have the prolific cable and select the cable's com port in microbox software - but when i go to unlock the phone i always get errors.

For example, I am now trying to unlock a sagem my411x

Searching for phone ....... found
Reading firmware info ......error(1)!
sagem my411x read codes : end

I have tried many times with phone on/off, connecting cable and battery when software is searching for phone etc but still no good. I notice that the 'Searching for phone ....... found' comes up even if no phone is connected!

Sometimes a little more info is read;

Searching for phone ....... found
Reading firmware info ..... ok
Reading hash table info.... ok
reading imei ........ error(1)!
sagem my411x read codes : end

I must be doing something wrong, someone please help, i'm going mad!!!!

P.S I have 25 credits, so I'm sure it is not server problem

You have To Search ...Already posted many many Times some handy Tricks for Sagem phones....

I have searched this forum and tried pretty much all of the 'handy tricks' for sagem phones. battery is fully charged, have tried powering phone and then clicking read codes. have tried different phones, have tried different computers. have purchased prolific cable. have tried at least 50 times but still not unlocking! anyone got any ideas other than searching? or at least provide me with a link to the post with the answer because i cant find it!

problem with soft ........vf 526 not work too

it is not soft problem, try using another interface as port, an ftdi box, hi have succeeded using setool box as interface, i couldn't make it work with prolific, luck

I would try using another ftdi box but i didn't buy sagem rj45 cables - just bought usb-serial as this was recomended for 100% unlocking of sagem in the sticky!

i think YOU are the woman, i have unlocked a couple of sagem phones using FTDI interface (SETOOL BOX) i even tried with PROLIFIC interface and nothing, so go try and then cry here, respect for others should be the first, now this is the first and last time i try to help you, no luck

Yes,I can confirm,Sagem soft have bug or must be upgraded,specialy for Croatian V526 phones firmware.I have all possible kinde of interface and same error is happened.100 % soft bug.

Some New Versions will be Added ASAP... We are Already Aware About Sagem V526 issue

Thanks hitibiti for your efforts, but i already have the prolific cable and it isnt working. Think i might try another cable, maybe i got a dodgy one!
