Samsung A706 unlock error !! Bad suppport


its almost a 1 week i cannot unlock A706 unlock error please help me microbox team help me with this !!!!!

what wrong with this sir help me with this sirrrrrrrrrr ...

how our support can be bad if you only asked now for this and not wait for answer ?

maybe we must say BAD user !

I say, bad support. I open two threads whit sagem phone unlock, and no help from product supporter :/

@Nonoyxp, i'm not bad user. I read other posts whit this same problem, but that not help me. I thinking, maby one of product supporter help in my problem, but no.

i'll think so..so bad support because the supporter reply to late to help their client.... these new gsm boxes are good only in advertising...to sell more of their products....but as time as past support is getting bad...am i right?

we try our best , actualy is long holiday for everybody

if you can not wait 12h ou 24h .. so sorry , i dont think other box answer faster

anyway in time and after holiday all wil be solved

do you want to post same in all thread ? is allready 2 threads with same words,

if you think this, ok for you, now is holiday here, maybe you dont know, also we are a small team, and we try to work on update and we are already spending for me too much time on forum, 90% of question is about know answer if read other post...


anyway, we try support in forum and in update as we can

customers have problem in updater , we have totaly remake all that part from last 2 weeks, so we not spean time to answer every day to everyone about this, we have make one post , and is enough

it simple sir..if there is holiday in your area you can announce in the forum so we can understand the situation....we sell micro-box here...so our client need support and answer.>!!
