Samsung B100 Unlock Error!

Hi, i just received a Samsung B100 for unlock, here is the log:

the problem was that when i entered given NCK code, the phone showed "Invalid Password", also, note the message in software that reads PHONE IS NOT LOCKED when is actually locked, after trying the other codes phone was completely blocked with message "Contact Service Provider" or something similar. Direct unlock didn't do the job, as after succesfull unlock the Contact Service message was still on screen after inserting a non accepted simcard.
I was using latest version of sotware.
I hope Micro-Box team solve this problem or give any solution in case i get another similar phone.
Finally i solved the problem using another tool and Stack Reset.
