*** unlocked sagem my411c successfully info inside ***

hi, i had problem unlocking the sagem my411c as i was getting error 1002.

there was 3 problems as to why this was happening

1. the prolific cable was detected as siemens usb-serial device

2. the laptop was a pentium 3

3. usb hub was being used


to solve it


1. on a different pc with no microbox s/w install prolific drivers so the cable gets picked up as prolific cable

2. use the pc/laptop usb port as it only requies 2 ports ( 1 for prolific cable and 1 for microbox)

3. laptop in use is a dual core toshiba which was on charge at the same time to give maximum power


hope this gives a small insight as it may help someone.
