I'm confused by this thread.

The title says,

But the software says,

Phones Supported

- Alcatel C701
- Alcatel C707
- Alcatel C717
- Alcatel C820
- Alcatel C825
- Alcatel ELLE-N3
- TCL M298

So is it ALL Alcatel or just these few listed?

At the moment we support ALL latest Alcatel by IMEI, but soon we will update our server to support even old BF3 models also by IMEI.

Okay, I've tried to unlock a C550 on Vodafone UK and I get,

Wrong provider ID even though this is taken from the phone,

C550X-2AADGB1

C550 is not supported by IMEI, its supported by cable.

Ello, Can anybody calculate the Reset Code for Alcatel OT-E207 Please? I Have already added x nck codes, from different Code Calc`s, so the cell is blocked..

Hi , I used your server to get alcatel C701 unlocking code but without succes. I tried 4 times and no luck.Server tooked me 4 credits and no code . Some sort of server problem i guess. Check the picture for more info. Thanks.

Hi , All done , finnaly I was able to get unlocking code. Thank you for your greatest service in unlocking alcatel phones via IMEI and Id number.

Please post here what message is displaying phone exactly when phone asks for key, and what message says phone when you enter codes, please copy exact word by word of what is phone displaying.

Thanks!!! All is OK. I dont know why phone not unlocked. I took him after some hours and tried to enter code one more time. Its unlocked.

This is because EXE packer (Themida) is detected by some anti-virus as virus, but IS NOT A VIRUS, so if you download directly the software from our website you are safe.
