i have another xtrange c550a here , i tried in many computers , when i connect say this:
Power On Phone..OK.
Reading TAT Info..Error 0x004!
Unknown Frimware : 08500401, Read full Flash and send to suport for Update!

maybe new firmware version?
Power On phone..OK.
Flashe ID : 20 C4
Flash Info : ST M30L0R7000T0 16Mo
Seting Maximum Bauderate..OK.
Bauderate set to 1Mo/s
Geting Flash Description..OK.
Reading Flash..

i read the flash and already sending to the support
i need unlock this phone plz
