change GT-I9300 problem SPt-box - GSM-Forum

GT-i9300
phone is rooted
firmware 4.3
connected to uart cable&box
settings on *#0808# are ok
debugging ON
IMEI default (000049...)

im trying to put new imei i mark in software super imei , unlock , reset phone
then i press SPT mode
and i get this error:

Please Wait Init Java Applet ...
Start ADB Server ...
Are You Sure Use USB Cable Connect Phone ?
Are You Phone USB Debug is Open ?
Total Time: 8.64 s

someone can help?

no need roote,
-download mode with usb cable reset efs.
-after rj45 repair super imei

its seems that the computer doesn't recognize the phone with the RJ45 cable

Check comport in your device manager, are installed correctly?

first install correct drivers C:\Program Files\SPT\Box Driver

Second always run us administrator

no nothing missing your spt driver is OK .... just for you to use Rj45 cable wih sptbox just choose like sptbox port : 6

still i cannot write new imei i dont know why
when i connect the phone to the box with the RJ45cable
should i hear connecting sound?
my computer doesn't give any sound when connecting the phone
