HELP SUPPORT!!! ERROR : $NXP3G is not a valid integer value


Hi,

I have an Infinity Activated SPT software, and i am tring UNLOCK a SAMPLE C276 , and when i check the proper COM port and 115200 as boudrate and click on SPT Mode button, i samply give this error : "$NXP3G" is not a valid integer value

Please see the attach...

The Factory mode button works fine.....

so we have 2 different way for that if one not work try second mean spt mode not work try factory if factory not work try spt mode

Factory mode button works fine, but not unlocky the phone..

SPT Mode samply gives that error...

Any Idea???????????

After check Unlock AND Factory default boxes, the phone is unlocked.......

hehe yes without mark unlock sw just read phone info must mark unlock then press factory mode

I did made it, marked unlock box and not work with factory mode... it only work when o mark unlock AND factory default boxes....
