I am a new user of SPT cant select flash file for android models ?![ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I have problem with selecting flash file for Android models in SPT for other models 2 format file support one PST and the Factory format but for android phone cant select Factory format file and as I have INTERNET problem cant download every file for SPT pleas help and guide me how solve this problem.

Yes SPT android model can't flash with original or custom firmware like tar or md5. must write firmware on support
To SPT Team please make firmware converter, sometimes i have problem download on support1 or support2.

tried with S7562 can select flash file but not appearing in spt program

they can if u select factory files under file types

I know this but cant select even if factory file type is chosen even I paste file name and chose factory file type but can not be selected .
