Read Akseed Data Failure !

dowlonad mode efs repair ok.
while writing imei with uart cable in factory mode i get this error.
how can i solve this problem.

first download flash file from support and flash it then later make phone root and spt and then factory mode

when i tried that i got 'Total Time: 0.0 s' error spt version 16.3.7
how can i fix this problem ? thanks
