torrent support ok main support problem

i have same problem i activate my infinity yesterday torrent suport ok main support error

need help spt team

Then ask ressaler for help main support working ok 100% right now tested.

im flashing c3222,c3322,e2222 with usb but spt its cant start flashing but i have z3x i will try with z3x its done. my operating system is window 7 why spt usb flashing not start so please solve my problem
