I am failing to register and activate my SPT box. [ANSWERED]


Dear friends!
i bought an spt box from ipmart,they sent me the ini file for it to activate,i used the procedure replacing the old user.ini with the new ini file sent by ipmart to me,firstly my box was not recognised by the server,now it connects with the server but i receive a message"should be registered via reseller"
please help me sir.

I don't know but from I know after get user.ini you need copy it to spt directory and try run SPT SOFTWARE not activator !! !! !!

Sir!thanks for the response.i tried to run the software but after the small progress completes on the software opening animation,every thing just disappears and nothing happens.

Sir!they also sent me two ini files when i sent them my user.ini because first ini they did not work,now they sent me another on,but that also not work.

Man to work you need turn on 1 time spt software wait 1 minute after gone and try again turn on in windows 7 need do this with admin right.
If still not work then contact they only they can send you correct user.ini file noone other can do this fast. If after few days still nothing then send emial to product manager but this will wait 7-10days for activation then much faster is do this by ressaler.

Where is the product supporter boss!i have emailed my user.ini file to product suppoprter long ago,but still no response?

seems like product supporters and their resellers have no concern to the services but their first and last object is to eat up money,i bought this spt box last years 8the october 2011,more than a year till today they could not activate my box,that in fact b***t better i through this spt sh*** away.

Mean you not have orginal box or they not pay for smartcard spt team , only this is risone that box can't be active and all problem you should got with your seller not with us. We not sold you nothing then why complaine here ?
Just they not active you box then send them this box back and get your money back and buy from normal person/shop that activation is not a problem !!

No only product manager got access to serial and if he not answer you correct user.ini and you wait more then 7-10 days then this is fake or not paid serial.

But are you also part of SPT team boss?in fact it is 3rd time that i am having bad experience with ipmart,mostly they sell cheap make interfaces/card reader(not original recommended interface by the manufacturers),i have lost money with them on fake hwk,fake(faulty infinity pin finder from other customer) and now this SPT.
i do not know why the product managers are not warning them, to stop to do that?
in fact i am searching some other online shop who can provide us with big variety of tools like ipmart but better quality services.

Yes I'm part SPT TEAM but only programer/product manager got info who pay him for witch and who can send activation and who not and emial that you send is for him and if he not answer you now you know why. Your problem only can solve direct ipmart no any other person.
