Unable to use My Spt Box Please help

Dear SPTTEAM I have update my spt box via dongle manager after that i was ubnable to use my spt box .. i have purchased one year suppot also.
But no susess please help me '

Just copy your user.ini file into folder with SPT software.

Double check that your user.ini file is valid - be sure that string Active= is not with zeroes.
Copy user.ini into folder with spt. Run spt. First time spt can not run.
Run spt once again - and it should run well.

My user ini is valid but wheen i copy it to spt folder then there r two string active one ts ok another one is zero

You have user.ini from box S/N: 15485 = 00003C7DC839D292
You should get user.ini for box S/N: 15357 = 00003BFDE9057153

Contact to your seller and ask him to provide correct user.ini file

Hello,

If you can not Register online with Activator - contact to forum users YaSSaX, SPTTEAM or to your seller to get correct user.ini file
