Samsung C300 problem - YouTube

Selected model: C300
Selected com port: COM7
Selected speed port: 460800
Phone must be ON!
Please, connect phone
Entering TestMode... Fail - Timeout
Unlock - false
Elapsed time: 32 second, sw ver: 3.5.0033
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have checked the cable and it is ok. When I connect the cable to the phone and it's turned off (only the cable connected to the phone, not connected to the box) it turns on automatically without pressing any button. I have checked the phone connector and it's ok. I don't know what else to do.

first remove battery from phone then attache cable to z3x box then press unlock button and after insert battery and quick insert cable to the phone after battery inserted press power button now ....try this now.....

I realize this is an old post, but for myself or anyone else in the future.
I had 3 x C300's and they wouldn't unlock with a e700 cable, so I found genuine Samsung com cable. Selected port number 1, phone on and it unlocked all 3 of them fine, with no hassles.
Hope this help's some1 else out.
