about Z3X Replacement Smart-Card ?
 
Hi Team, I had A Z3x long time ago, and now is dead , I just have a serial number, i don't remember Activation date!
my question; is Serial number and reseller name are enough to activate new card?

no. of course not enough.

you have to provide logs, screenshots, any invoice about activation, ip from where card used, last time download must be less than 1 month.

just know SN - anybody can come and claim for replcament card.
