hello good afternoon I need help since a few days and I could not download anything from the support of my z3x I get some errors like (403 Forbidden) or (can not download file server say fail: you are not logged in)

I also have this situation for a few days, the server can not log in, the account and password are correct. Run Z3X SHELL and Clicking on "read info" will have no effect.
I tried a few computer , the problem is the same .

I am having a similar issue with my Z3X Box. I am unable to download from the server. If I try downloading from the Samsung Pro tool, I get this error: "Can not login to Server"
. If I try downloading from the Shell software, I don't even get any message except the box lights blink for some time and goes off. Please, help.

This might be silly but for anyone having issues with drivers including port com open fail in Samsung Tool Pro:

- Make sure you install ftdibus.inf first for FT232R device first.

- Then for the next missing driver com serial port you install ftdiport.inf use usb serial port driver and it will work.

Try to install the driver by choosing "update driver" in Device manager while connected to the internet.

If it doesn't work, just disable driver signature enforcement and go ahead and use the Windows 7 64-bit token drivers in the Z3X folder.
