card error !! hardware probleme
 

hi every body
i face this probleme 3 days ago , i think its hardware probleme because i find a resistence out of the mother board , then i smelled burning odour .
whene i plug it it show me this error

ps : i try to update card firmware , on xp and 7 and on many computer ... :( , and whene the software loading it show me : fard found sn : A24... , that mean the card is readed

please Someone help , Give Schema of the box !!!

i just test an other card on my box , it work fine !! what u want to know why my card is not worked ? !
