OK, I wiped EFS, then clicked Write Cert, but it says 'Please allow USB debugging on phone' (USB debugging is already checked in developer options) and it is going very slow 1%...2%..., but it never asked me to select the cert file. Is this normal?

if sw please allow usb debuggin, then in phone lcd you should see request from SU for allow superuser. press never ask again.
