First Flash with good n7100 Efs then make repair Imei with repair network tick if not work paste ur set log

It's look like emmc damage or u miss one of vcc pins . Again check emmc , U500, U501, 1.0 volt 3.3 volt then flash with odin good efs then repair with z3x box
