If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',

Hello Z3x Team. My problem is not with activation rather I bought 30 credits but it says " couldn't connect to the server .." I tried changing pc and internet connection even VPN but the problem existed till now. please help me . Thanks.

The smartcard does not detect my box and two dongles that I tested, I tried to buy the replacement smartcard, the problem I have is only that the last log of my box is on March 21, 2021.
please I would like to get my box back

hola compre un esta easy jtag plus nueva . vino con un firmware 1.5 la card deseo actulizarla a la ultima version para poder utilizarlo pero no puedo. no me deja actualizar el servidor pueden ayudarme y orientarme . dice que conecte bien la card y no tiene respuesta del servidor
