I bought this from techgsm in poland but there is a sticker multicom in the side. Is this supposed to include all samsung models???

Your box not activated yet. Please contakt with your resseler for make activation. Only your resseler can make activaiton for you.

All oficial resselers have control panel for activation.
And only resseler can do activation for resselers card.

YOUR RESSELER NOT ADD YET ACTIVATION FOR YOU. CHecked on site.

activation never processed

I sent activation request for my Z3x dongle to my reseller (IPmart) 13 days ago, but my dongle is still not activated. The reseller provided a part of a conversation with a member of yours:



I also sent a PM here to you with my dongle number, but nothing happened. I spent much money for express shipping, because I needed this aplication as soon as possible (before Christmas), but I lost all because your negligent, amateur attitude. This is a scam, not more, and I will never choose your product again.

I sent the number by private message, not public, but you didn't respond until now. My card have been activated now. I don't say "thank you" after 13 days of my original request.

Today Im trying update my box...Im use Z3x-Shell v2,5 and after half time Im see the same results...
Im heave 99% update and start again 95% and again and again the same problems...
PLEASE!!!
Corect the BUG on the Update server...Im thing is Your Box ist OK but Im trying upadte My box vie 3weeks and now heave this on the table for clips post...
