Firmware update but in 85% Time out Error
 

hi friend,
I'm new to z3x and i just install Z3X Shell 4.5. and do Hardware Wizard and it tells me to update my card firmware but when reached at 85% it says time out i attempt three times today. So, all are stuck at 85% and says time out. It takes too long time to update the firmware too but unsuccessful.

Please Help!!
i think i install driver and all correctly..
