i have tried using this cert before to restore to the original phone (it was factory reset and imei become 350000000006 but after i restore this original backup it was ok again imei is coming back) and it was working,

but when i write to this phone (the one i shared logs here) it always failed...
is the backup was only created to be used for the same phone or i can write it to another G925T and having the same credentials like IMEI and SN?

Yes, you can use the backups of the certificate, efs and nv date of another equal model ie g925T and write it on the current model you have now
