I have problem i5700 with no service. Imei is absent. how to repair...

1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#7284# and choise phone usb.
3. Type *#197328640#, select: Common - Diag Config - USB diag.
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
6. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press "Repair" button.
8. In opened window fill fields what you need to repair.
9. Press "OK".

It does the same with the rj45 uart cable.
It's a Z3x box error never corrected.
