Hello, if you have had problems with the internet connection timeout you can repeat the network unblocking operation with the same ip address of the internet connection, the same sn card of the z3x box and the same phone and imei that you tried to unlock the network on the first attempt, you will not be charged and your credits deducted again. In case, check your credit history if the timeout of the internet connection has caused the loss of credits. for credit refunds send an email to [email protected] with the log of the phone imei unlocking operation and your z3x account username, they will refund the lost credits.
