Hi

my old z3x Card is Dead.My old user account was on that card so
i Have another Z3x Box and i want to recover my old z3x user account for my 2nd box.plz help

Hello. Unfortunately, its not possible. You can deattach account only using old card.

Do you have proofs of account and card order? List of latest operations with login? Provide card and login for recheck.
